The European Institute of Postgraduate Studies at the Dresden University of Technology (EIPOS) is established as a competence center of postgraduate education for professionals and executives in German-speaking areas.
With acknowledgement of the Dresden University of Technology as adjacent institute EIPOS offers since 1990 postgraduate education at an academic level with practical relevance:

• part-time Master- and Bachelor-Studies in real estate, fire prevention, general management and
• courses and professional further education programs in real estate, civil engineering, fire prevention and business administation
• seminars, conferences and inhouse-courses
• publishing of conference papers and results of academic research
